September Metafit Challenge
We're taking names now for September Challenge starting MONDAY 5th!!
You must be a member to take part, but the good news is that it is FREE to all members!
Metafit is 30 mins of body weight only, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This type of training keeps the fat burning for hours after you've left the gym.
Metafit is suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced as each exercise is tailored to your own fitness level.
You will be given lots of diet advice as well some healthy recipes to keep you on track. You will also have weight measurements twice weekly.
