NEW Fat2Fit Course Starting Tuesday 10th September
Joining a gym or even stepping inside the door of a gym, can be very daunting for people that are conscious of their weight. Even though they are keen to loose their weight.
That's why we're introducing "FAT2fit". This is a specially tailored group personal training course just for overweight men and women, that offers;
1. Diet & Nutrition Plan
2. Food Diary
3. Regular Weigh-in & Measurement
4. 2 personal training classes a week for 6 weeks. No class will have the same workout plan
5. plus choose 1 free fitness class per week from the current timetable. such as; TRX, Box Active, Spin, Kettlebells etc.
Group personal training classes will be held every Tuesday at 9.45am & 7pm and Thursdays at 9.45am and 8pm. Just choose the 2 classes that suit you best.
This 6 week programme is just €75 for Club Active members and €99 for non-members.
