With most people joined a gym by now and most people doing there new year resolutions

Fitness and health is not about inches and pounds, BMI or body fat! It’s how you feel about yourself that matters, it’s how fit or healthy you are relative to your goals and your ability.


Exercise and health should be part of your every day all year round, 30 minutes exercise 3 times a week will see results, more will see better results, so depending on what you want to achieve and how long you give yourself to achieve this is only relevant to you! Do not put yourself under pressure to lose large amounts of weight or drop sizes in a short space of time, allow your body time to adjust and adapt and the results will come, if you apply yourself and follow and exercise and healthy eating plan it’s impossible not too achieve. 

When exercising don’t take on something you are unable to do, if you are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a long time you need to ease your body back in.

Your programme should be about YOU no one else, a good instructor will listen and design your programme around YOU. 

Eat healthy eat regularly, do not starve yourself, do not go into a massive calorie deficit in an attempt to lose weight.
