To help Members & Non-Members improve their fitness and get real results we are now offering a range of Body Fat Checks1. A Body Check Program - built and designed over a 6 week period using caliper body fat testing, weight & measuring, fitness assesment and a 3 week workout using polar belt technology
Members Price €40
Non-Members Price is €75 as it will also include full access to gym membership during the 6 weeks including all the free member classes
2. Body Check single Caliper test - a one off Caliper test to measure total body fat percentage for just €40
