Hello and welcome to the first 4 week H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) Weight loss program that Club Active is now running exclusively for its members.
We here at Club Active Gym greatly appreciate your membership and now with these 4 weeks weight loss programs added to what we already offer our members we hope that you will be as proud to be a Club Active Gym member as we are to have you.
Five 30min classes a week are available to you with the time you have chosen however you must do a minimum of 3 a week and the Monday to Friday Classes must be done.
If you are on shift work and can’t make Monday or Fridays class you must get into the gym that day for a weight in. We are open from 6.00am to 9.30pm.
You are weighed twice a week for a reason, when we take your weight on the first Friday of the course after 5 days and you come back on the Monday after two days off and you have undone all your hard work you will be off the course. Basically be a good girl, boy at the weekend by eating clean and staying active.
This is a 4 week weight loss program folks and you will be amazed at what can be achieved in such a short space of time. We the instructors will give you 100% and we expect nothing less from you so commit to it, eat clean, train mean and repeat every day until the last day of the course and you will get results. Failure to meet the requirements set above will result in being booted (with a nice phone call not an actual boot) of the course so believe us when we say we aren’t messing about. This is a challenge that should be embraced not feared.
