What does personal training involve? 

  • One to one training with a qualified trainer in a private studio

Personal training in Clubactive is carried out by motivated, enthusiastic and educated trainers in Navan’s largest gym. Training takes place in a private studio or designated are of the gym floor. You will train one on one with your trainer in a comfortable gym setting where you can focus on getting the results you want.

All training and diet support is tailored to each and every individuals specific needs, fitness level, lifestyle and goals. There are no generic, ‘one size fits all’ plans. Your progress will be monitored regularly with weekly weigh-ins and measurements. You will also receive full support via email to answer any additional questions you may have.

Initial consultation consists of;

-          Simple gym tour induction to help you get comfortable and familiar with the gym and equipment.

-          A chat with your trainer about your goals, diet and training history

-          Simple fitness test, measurements and screening

-          Any additional questions you have will be answered there and then
