one consultations to incorporate diet,
fitness and health to ensure that a
realistic programme is laid out for you
to suit you and your lifestyle.
Together, we will determine your
concerns and goals and devise a
plan to turn these goals into an
achievable reality.
Each consultation requires the
following steps
 a simple fitness test
 body measurements
 weigh in
 gym tour
 nutrition and diet
establishment
Once the above are complete, we
can begin working to achieve your
