Metafit Christmas Challenge is here.......Year 2 of this Challenge and how many of you can we get to the finish???? Who said it was going to be easy??  This year we are running it over 3 weeks , 4 times a week Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and you have 3 chances to do the class........@ 9.45am, 6pm and 7.45pm . You must do 12 classes over the 12 days. You have rest days on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays....We start next Monday the 3rd of December leading all the way up to our Club Fun Run…
